What is the Packt app?
The Packt mobile app lets you access your Packt subscription on the go, downloading content to read or watch wherever you are.
What platforms are supported?
It's currently available for Android and iOS devices.
Do I need to use a credit to download something to view offline?
Not at all! You can download book or video titles even if you don't own them, and access them within the app.
Are there any limitations?
Currently you can't edit your account settings, use credits or buy products within the app.
Does the app work with my device?
Whilst we don't keep a list of all devices that run Android or iOS, we have tested our app on popular handsets and devices.
Can I use Chromecast from the app?
Unfortunately not. If you wish to cast videos to a compatible screen then we recommend use Chrome as your browser then you can cast any tab you like. Click the Chrome menu button and then select Cast to begin.
